Club Madam – House Rules & Regulations (Members-Only Nightclub)
Club Madam is a private, members-only nightclub. Access is strictly limited to valid members and approved guests. Membership is a privilege that can be revoked at any time for violations of these rules.
The management and security reserve the right to refuse entry or remove anyone without explanation (at the doorman’s discretion).
1. Membership & Entry
- Minimum age: 21 years old (strictly enforced everywhere in the club).
- Every member must present a valid government-issued ID and their personal QR code at the entrance. QR codes are non-transferable.
- No re-entry after leaving, unless explicitly permitted by staff.
- Guests: Maximum 2 per member, must be pre-approved via the member portal or app.
- Membership can be suspended or permanently revoked for rule violations.
2. Dress Code – “Dress to Impress”
We expect stylish, sophisticated, and well-groomed attire. Not permitted (for all genders):
- Sneakers, sports shoes, sandals, or flip-flops
- Shorts, athletic wear, hoodies, jerseys, or sportswear
- Tank tops, basic white T-shirts, graphic tees with offensive prints
- Baggy or torn clothing, baseball caps
Recommended: Elegant dresses, stylish heels, collared shirts, chinos/slacks, smart shoes. Security makes the final decision on appropriateness.
3. Behaviour & Respect
- Treat fellow members, guests, and staff with respect at all times.
- Zero tolerance for harassment, discrimination, violence, unwanted physical contact, or aggressive behaviour.
- No fighting, threats, or disruptive conduct — immediate removal and possible lifetime ban.
- Respect the privacy and atmosphere inside the club by members or guests.
- No loitering outside the venue.
- Follow all instructions from security and staff immediately.
4. Prohibited Items & Activities
- No drugs (including recreational substances). Strict enforcement.
- No weapons, sharp objects, or dangerous items.
- No outside alcohol, food, or drinks.
- No solicitation (e.g., prostitution, dealing, or business transactions).
- Smoking/vaping only in the designated outdoor area.
- Glassware is not allowed on the dance floor.
- Over-intoxication will result in removal.
5. Events
- Club Madam regularly hosts exclusive events, parties, and guest appearances. Members receive priority access and early invitations.
- Some events may require a separate RSVP or additional tickets via the member portal.
- Event capacity is limited. Reservations are on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Cancellations or no-shows for paid events may result in loss of reservation privileges.
- Special dress codes or theme requirements may apply for certain events and will be communicated in advance via push notifications or email.
- Management reserves the right to change or cancel events without prior notice.
6. Payments & Membership Fees
- Membership fees are recurring and must be paid on time to maintain active status and QR code validity.
- All payments are processed securely through the member portal.
- Failure to pay may result in automatic suspension of membership and invalidation of your QR code.
- Refunds are generally not issued for membership fees, except in cases required by law. Event tickets are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
- Members are responsible for keeping their payment information up to date.
- Any outstanding balances must be settled before reactivating membership or attending events.
7. Push Notifications & Communications
- By becoming a member, you agree to receive push notifications from Club Madam for important updates, event invitations, membership status, QR code reminders, and club announcements.
- Push notifications are the primary and fastest way we communicate with members.
- You can manage your notification preferences in the member portal (you may opt out of non-essential messages, but some service-related notifications cannot be disabled).
- We respect your privacy — push messages will never contain spam or third-party promotions.
- Members are expected to keep their contact details up to date so they do not miss critical information (e.g., membership renewals, event access, or rule changes).
8. Media & Photography Consent
- By entering Club Madam, you grant the club and its representatives irrevocable permission to photograph, film, or record you (including audio and video) while on the premises.
- These materials may be used for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, website, advertising, marketing, and press materials.
- You waive any right to inspect, approve, or receive compensation for the use of your likeness or voice.
- If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please inform a staff member upon arrival so reasonable efforts can be made to accommodate you.
9. Liability Disclaimer & Safety
- You enter Club Madam at your own risk. The club, its owners, management, and staff are not liable for any injury, illness, loss, damage to personal property, or any other harm that may occur on the premises.
- Members are responsible for their own safety and the safety of their guests.
- Water is always available.
- The club is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
- Members are responsible for their guests’ behaviour.
- Any illegal activity will be reported to the authorities.
- Management may update these rules at any time. Continued membership implies acceptance of the current rules.
By entering Club Madam or using your membership, you agree to abide by these House Rules. Violations may result in immediate expulsion, membership suspension, or permanent ban.
